Balance is everything? ⚖️
There is no separation in between the body mind and soul: so practices such as meditation for mental wellness, nurturing the physical self through a healthy diet and daily exercises, a good sleeping culture, and cultivating a spiritual connection with oneself can help achieve the alignment.
What is your weak spot? What gets you out of balance? Mine is definitely the good sleep culture…🤨

Before or after the workout? That’s a question I hear a lot! 🍥
Foam rolling can be performed pre and post to your workouts. Before exercise, rolling will increase tissue elasticity, range of motion and blood flow. This can help you move better during your workout and protect you from injury.
Foam rolling post-workout is a great way to enhance recovery. Helping to increase mobility, foam rolling can also reduce onset muscle soreness and recovery of the tissue and decrease an inflamed area.
I personally prefer Post workout to relax while recover and daydream while release the pressure of the workout out muscles.✔️

After studying sports science (with focus on media & communication) at the Technical University of Munich, I became head of training management at a premium fitness studio in Munich and worked part-time as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and editor. Each time, I adjusted workouts to my training partners needs. I really enjoy training others! 🏋🏽♀️

Hi! My name is Leonie Awad.
For as long as I can remember, I have always done all kind of sports. I surf, jog, dance Capoeira and love all challenges that sports pose. I began working in sports before 18 at a gym in my native country of Germany🇩🇪 At 18, I moved to Australia for a “Work & Travel” year to obtain my Group Fitness B license. I cannot imagine my life without sports.

It is important to do all kinds of exercises to be not only 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠, but 𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 and 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 at the same time! 🏋️♀️
With the use of an 𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐫, we can improve our agility by practicing movement patterns in training. 🤾
Strength is also important to overcome resistance and a combination of exercises that work on these will 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 in any other sport as well! 🏄♀️
