"My back pain is because of my flat feet" – Myth or truth?
Surprisingly, research suggests there's no clear link between static foot posture and low back pain.
So having flat feet doesn't necessarily mean you'll have back issues.

Starting something new can feel a bit overwhelming – so here’s a short checklist to make your first physio session smooth and comfy:
🩴 Bring your own towel (for hygiene reasons)
🤸🏻♂️ Wear clothes you can move in – we might do some movement or assessments
📑 If you have any medical documents (like scan results or a doctor’s note), they can be helpful
