Kliniklokale udlejes

Det er min store glæde at informere jer alle om, at jeg (Plumēa By Kat) den 1/9-26 overtager kliniklokalerne beliggende på Hans Brogesgade 31, 800 Arhus C fra Sane Beauty.

I forbindelse med overdragelsen af lejemålet, har jeg et 15m3 lokale i klinikken i overskud som derfor skal udlejes. Lokalet koster 6000,- pr måned og inkluderer fælles toilet, køkken samt stort og rummeligt reception/venteværelse.

I lokalerne forefindes ligeledes køleskab, vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine som er til rådighed for lejer.

Klinikken er beliggende 3-5 minutters gågang fra Bruuns Galleri og Aarhus Banegård.

Lokalet er velegnet til blandt andet filler/botox, negle og/eller vippetekniker mv.
Jeg selv driver min massage virksomhed fra adressen.
