Here is a long overdue update.

A little preview of what’s ahead: later this fall, we will begin releasing a remarkable collection of 20+ new and rare aromatics. Some of the more observant among you may even recognize a few of the beautiful floral specimens pictured above, handpicked in China. 😉

The release of some previously announced aromatics has been pushed back slightly, now due late April. We appreciate your patience.

We have hired external chemical consultants to handle safety data sheets, as our products have previously been overclassified. New SDS are available today on-demand and for download on our new platform, hopefully launching in May. Current product pages will be updated this weekend, and new product labels have been issued, arriving later this month.

NEW HIGH PERFORMANCE CITRUS

FOLDED CITRUS OILS
Folded citrus oils are natural essential oils with increased aromatic concentration for much higher performance than regular oils. They are produced by gentle physical fractionation, partially removing volatile terpenes. The process involves no solvents or chemical modification. This results in a refined distillate for precision and professional application with greater stability, clarity, and longevity in use.
In virtually any application, they deliver high performance citrus notes even at low levels.

We receive many enquiries seeking clarification on materials marketed online elsewhere as “natural extracts” that do not exist commercially, or are only available in extremely limited and costly forms.
To proactively address these recurring questions, this reference table sets out commercial availability, rarity, and realistic professional pricing to help consumers critically assess product authenticity, recognise misleading or misrepresented offerings, support consumer protection, and make informed and transparent purchasing decisions.

48H LEAD TIME

We expect additional lead times of 48H to extend into mid next week.
Next month we're adding Japanese specialties Todomatsu Fir, Shiso Pepper, Koyamaki Pine and Kuromoji (Spise Bush). Also, some of our customers have pleaded, that we make our Japanese Anise Magnolia, also known as Nioikobushi, available for sale – so we are adding that as well, despite it's rather peculiar spicy-camphoraceous profile and little utility in perfumery. The necessary paperwork is currently being worked out, and we expect a mid-february release for these aromatics. So there is plenty to look forward to 😁

We’d like to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas. We hope you’re enjoying the break. At Esensera, we are working through the holidays to accommodate everyone’s orders and enquiries. And although it’s been a mortally busy year, it’s been a good one. Thank you all for your continued interest in and support of our products and business.

Now to business. Due to popular demand, we have decided to start selling our cis-3-Hexenol natural isolate. Isolated and extracted from cornmint essential oil and also called leaf alcohol, this aromatic has wide utility in everything from modern colognes to fougères and even essential oil blends, where a true green leaf note is desirable. Although a swiftly dissipating top note, this material is very impactful, so please start modestly.

A NEW YEAR
A core competitive advantage at Esensera is our resourcefulness and access to rare and higher-grade aromatics available only to perfumers. Although we are primarily a perfumery, we are of course aware that our products are a natural progression for the ambitious wellness professional. Rest assured, we are laboring tirelessly to make more of our naturals portfolio available to wellness professionals and enthusiasts in the coming months.
In fact, many of you have specifically requested that we release other Japanese specialties that we currently stock—so all the more reason to be excited about the new year. We begin 2026 with a strong lineup of new resinous and ambery products arriving as early as January.
