6 months after breast reconstruction with natural tissue only for my 55 year old patient who was born without breast tissue on the left side. . .
She had left with an implant in the public sector 40 years ago, and presented to me with and **lehypertrophy . . .
I approached this case in two stages.

First, I removed the implant and performed a , correction of the ni**le hypertrophy, and performed a on the left with her own natural tissue through and to her breast.

A couple months later, I performed a breast lift with the incision hidden and meticulously closed just around the ar**la- no vertical scar! Then I fat grafted both breasts. . .
The result? Natural, permanent, nearly invisible scar, with no maintenance or complications associated with implants. . .
