Coffee between “yes, please” and “ no, thanks.” Does it cause inflammation in our body? Will let you decide on that.
If coffee represents an integral part of your daily routine, perhaps you might want to reconsider it. Here are a few reasons why.
Drinking coffee, a whole experience of sensations that take place due to a well-known molecule called caffeine.
Caffeine, alongside ni****ne are both stimulant drugs and effective insecticides.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S136952662300033X
Recent research has revealed that paper coffee cups release thousands of microplastic particles, phthalates, chloride, sulfate and nitrate into the coffee.
Studies on hormones impacted by caffeine are not conclusive, but there is some research to consider. Caffeine may affect estrogen levels, although it likely varies between specific populations.
Caffeine and estrogen are metabolized by the same enzyme, CYP1A2. This means genetic differences in this enzyme can impact how estrogen and caffeine are metabolised, and later removed from the body. For endometriosis sufferers, the extra caffeine may not be such a great idea after all.

Sourced from different parts of the world, it is important to know that coffee beans are rather prone to mold. Most coffee on the shelves has mold and mycotoxins, both of which have short and long term affects on those consuming, particularly for those with various allergies, or an already compromised immune system. Ideally one would aim to purchase only organic coffee, from reputable companies, that do test their coffee for mold/mycotoxins.
Et, voilà! To sum it up, a cocktail full of toxins ready to attack your gut, that lovely cup will most likely slow up your digestion, make you feel sluggish all day long, instead of giving you that most promised boost of energy.

There is nothing controversial about parasites and the fact that they might be the cause of endometriosis. Although so many doctors, GPs and gynaecological experts worldwide seem to completely deny their existence, that does not mean that these organisms do not exist.
Parasites are real, they live and feed on of our bodies, consuming our most precious resources. It is time that we do acknowledge their presence and that they are responsible for a rather large number of diseases.
Coincidentally, just like endometriosis, parasites are present in our gut, inside our bile, feeding on our lungs, diaphragm or kidneys. Often they can be seen inside our eyes, and more rarely, even inside our brain.
Remember, when in 2023, Australian neurosurgeons removed an 8 cm (3-inch) long, live, and wriggling roundworm from the brain of a 64-year-old woman. A première in neurosurgery, the first known human case of this specific parasite, Ophidascaris robertsi.
The first step towards healing is represented by our ability to identify the cause of our illness, and from there on, to tackle the issue in confidence and with the right tools.

As ethical consumers, constantly involved with the menstrual product industry, we ought to have access to genuine and consistent information regarding the ingredients that go into the production of pads, tampons or menstrual cups.
In recent years, scientific literature alongside reports from non-governmental organizations, have come to evaluate the potential for these substances to contribute to adverse health outcomes, including endocrine disruption, carcinogenic risk, and dermal irritation.
But how much are these products undermining our health and well-being?
Understanding the composition of these sanitary products is crucial. Attached below is an excellent link to help you with this.
https://www.childsea.com/harmful-chemicals-in-always-pads-us/
“An examination of feminine hygiene products reveals a complex intersection of chemistry, public health, and consumer rights. This analysis focuses on the presence of potentially harmful chemicals and allergens within sanitary pads, with a particular reference to products widely available in the United States market, such as those from the brand Always. The inquiry identifies seven categories of substances of concern: per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), phthalates, dioxins and furans, pesticide residues, undisclosed fragrance components, adhesive-related volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and contaminants within superabsorbent polymers.”
Remember to read the label on the product you are about to purchase. It is up to you to keep informed and prevent potential future diseases.

Endometriosis is a disease that affects women during their most productive years, right from the early education years, throughout their most important years of career building, and up to retirement.
The full impact of endometriosis is invisible because the data doesn't exist. Therefore researching work plays a fundamental role in gathering more information, at a crucial time, when so many women suffer immensely because of the unbearable pain that goes on for days, every month.
One study across 10 countries found that women with endometriosis lost 10.8 h/week on average due to both absence from work and reduced productivity (Nnoaham et al., 2011).
A study from Puerto Rico found that women with endometriosis lost 7.4 h/week on average during a week when symptoms were at their worst and 43% reported that productivity was extremely affected by endometriosis symptoms (Fourquet et al., 2011).

Here are the top 5 toxic ingredients that are being used in the production of deodorants.
1. Aluminium - linked to breast cancer, gut permeability changes, as well as hormonal imbalances and an increased risk of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer.
2. Parabens - research papers highlight parabens as endocrine disruptors mimicking estrogen, linked to potential issues like breast cancer, reduced fertility, obesity, and allergies. Toxicity and impact differ based on the paraben's chain length (e.g., methyl vs. butyl) and the specific cell type studied. Parabens disrupt our delicate hormonal balance, which can lead to things like early puberty in children and an increased risk of hormonal cancers.
3. Propylene glycol - PG is one of the most commonly used solvents and can cause damage to the central nervous system, liver and heart.
4. Phthalates - these series of widely used chemicals interfere with hormone systems (estrogen, androgen, thyroid) and have already been identified as endocrine-disrupting chemicals. They are linked to insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, obesity and potential cardiovascular problems.
5. Triclosan - (TCS) is a synthetic, multi-purpose antimicrobial agent. Various studies shed light on the emerging health concerns related to the use of TCS, such as microbial resistance, dermal irritations, endocrine disruption, higher incidence of allergies, altered thyroid hormone metabolism and tumors development. Overuse of triclosan may contribute to antibiotic/antimicrobial resistance and may modify the microbiome.
The most straightforward substitute for deodorant is an all-natural product. Instead of chemicals, all-natural deodorants contain ingredients like baking soda and essential oils to neutralize odor-causing bacteria. There are currently an abundance of more healthy options on the market, although you do have to search out for the one that is best for you.
Perhaps, the most simple, most efficient way to keep your armpits fresh and healthy is by using good apple cider vinegar, or alternatively organic lime juice. Keep in mind that your body does have to release its toxins, and that sweating is naturally part of that process.
Learn to appreciate yourself a bit more each day, when you travel with endometriosis.

There are so many ways to cut down on sugar, when you really wish to change your life with endometriosis.
We have a healthy snack recipe to suggest: passion fruit banana. Simple, delicious, and super anti-inflammatory!
The presence of too much glucose in the blood, from sugar and unrefined carbohydrates is now widely recognised as harmful to the body.
Sugar, as well as other sweet food products, can influence the way in which the white blood cells of our immune system clear up the debris. Reducing our intake of these foods can have a direct beneficial impact on our health.
Find out more about sugar and its effects on endometriosis in the article below

When it comes to the most efficient ways to tackle endometriosis, we all dream of a perfect recipe, a fast route to removing the unending horror of the pains, just something to help us go through that spontaneous flare up at work, or the nightmarish intestinal spasms in the morning.
Sadly, the magic wand with that one most expected endometriosis cure, we cannot bring you, yet. However, this is a pretty good way to start, and change your life, whilst living with endometriosis. Sugar free diet. Gluten free diet. Magnesium. In this order, with much hope for a better day to day life.
Please find below a study regarding the consumption of sugary foods and drinks and the risk of endometrial cancer.

Regarding the current ongoing maddening trend of poisoning ourselves with CTs, MRIs, tomographies, mammographies, etc. please read the below.
Ionising radiation from CT is a known carcinogen. The findings of this recent study (April 2025) show that, if current radiation dosing and utilization practices continue, CT-associated cancers could eventually account for 5% of all new cancer diagnoses annually.

Estrogen dominance and endometriosis ::
“Estrogen dominance refers to a hormonal state where estrogen activity is disproportionately high relative to progesterone. The term is used primarily in clinical and integrative contexts to describe symptoms and conditions resulting from this imbalance. […]
Xenoestrogens—like BPA, phthalates, and certain pesticides—can act on estrogen receptors, mimicking or enhancing endogenous estrogen activity.
Liver dysfunction, gut dysbiosis, and poor methylation pathways can impair estrogen metabolism and elimination, leading to a buildup of estrogenic metabolites.
[…]
Chronic stress may suppress ovulation and decrease progesterone production, indirectly enhancing estrogen’s relative dominance.”

Endomomo was created especially for those who suffer with endometriosis. This page is particularly interested in gut health, mental health and looks at the different ways of living a most nature friendly [okologisk] lifestyle, for those who have to deal with the daily horrors that the auto-immune illness brings.
Eating free of pesticides is part of this project.
In this post we look at the different ways of cleaning your fruits and vegetables via this study attached below.
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/386597049_Removal_of_Pesticides_from_Lemon_and_Vegetables_Using_Electrolyzed_Water_Kitchen_Devices
“To increase the effectiveness of cleaning vegetables and fruits from pesticides, scientistsadd various chemical substances: sodium bicarbonate, chlorine, alkaline water, vinegar, and ozone. It is worth noting that the use of bicarbonate in the case of eliminating thiabendazole and phosmet was effective and reduced the level of contamination by up to 80–96%.”
It turns out that you only need one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda per cup of cold water to wash produce. Soak fruits and vegetables in a clean bowl for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
