My whole life has been about being an athlete, achieving goals, being fit and feeling good about myself. From a young age, I was in the skating rink 20 hours per week, developing my body and mind into an elite athlete, following my passion for a sport that required athletisism, grace and discipline ,which lead me to a 17 year professional skating carreer. Being an elite athlete, I gained a lot of
knowledge in nutrition, strength and endurance training. This life long education inspired me to become a Personal Trainer (WellCome Personal Trainer Education certification). I am now enjoying sharing my passion for training. What ever your fitness goals, I guarantee I will help you acheive them feeling good about yourself, gaining self confidence by your acheivements and a feeling of satisfaction once you have acheived what you set out to do for yourself.
