II FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF LIFE
There is a tendency to judge every single moment of our lifes. All that’s NOW is never enough, therefore we’d rather think of YESTERDAYS pains or TOMORROWS best times, which make us sad anyways, because as they are supposed to be the best, are hardly possible to happen:) I used to follow this pattern of thoughts. Life taught me so far two fundamental principles:
1) All I benchmarked as the worst will lead to be blessed. My moms illness which took her away from me for many months and my own depression, self-hatress and disgust have worked hard to turn my focus towards pain, understand it and, hence, translates it into language of care and love that awakened in me feeling of gratitude and trust
2) All I benchmarked as must-to-be needs to simply go away, to be released. All I thought I could not live without needed to be taken from me so none of my imaginary conditions for being calm and grateful could stand on a way to experience unconditional love towards life
Mindful yoga practice and meditation are my private tools that help me to find silence from external world so I can explore and understand my inner world instead. These tools plus my mom's heart teach me acceptance and patience and reward me with joy, laughter and solid ground. Through yoga I'm reminded that what I practice, grows stronger. I practice peaceful heart, balanced body and clear mind.

In Prasarita Padottanasana C we interlace fingers behind our back, squeeze palms together.
But have you wondered why we are asked sometimes to switch the grab by one finger?
While practicing yoga, we care to work wit our body in a symmetrical order. We position body straight, focusing on the spine, we aim for equal effort of each side, we repeat movements of right and left side of the body the equal number of times. All to make sure that our body develops evenly. Hence, when we grab fingers at first in a habitual way and then change the interlacing, we make sure that we create a balance. We expand the stretch of finger muscles. Moreover, just by this small movement we expand the consiousness of our own body. All these activities which you make automatically - as habitual interlace of fingers do not create new neural pathways in the brain. Non-habitual movements that require your attention - do!

Our wonderful today's practice concerned body and mind cleansing. We mentioned ways to get rid of toxins: physical practice, sauna, dry-scrub, right food choices, right timing of meals, avoidance of stimulants. We worked yet on much more. None will be cleansed and whole without a mind rinsed of negative thoughts. None will be cleansed when lying instead of standing for the truth. None will feel pure, when misaligned - leaving the body of its own, sending mind imaginary places.
We meditated, visualized, worked on throat chakra, chanted, setting an intention for being truthful.
One of the most powerful methods for alignment within is silence. Ability to utilize the time between each of our action and reaction. Don't be afraid of the silence, choose to say less than saying the untruth. Speak only: when necessary, when kind, when truthful.
Let’s make a project for the upcoming week: cleanse your heart from lies, bring attention to the blissful wholly here and now, let your body relax with your mind right behind you

Yaaay!😍 First tree-drop-in-yoga at new location has produced tones of smiles on my dearest guests faces, empowered our simple awareness, uniting our minds with bodies❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻 What if the recipe for inner peace, joy and silence is hidden in the life of a tree? What if as roots of the trees, we are to develop a strong sense of being, rooting our awareness in here and now, letting us unfolding moment after moment, uniting our mind with a body, grateful for each breath we take. What if branches are to@show us how to deal with emotions... They dance when the wind comes, get wet on rainy days, heat by the sun or freeze with a snow - responding for the real circumstances. When wind is gone, branches are still. What if we are also to leave yesterday’s tornados behind, coming back to today’s stillness, feeling rooted in true now without heavy storm of yesterday argue or stress of tomorrow’s rain. What if fruits, seeds of trees are to show us how to plant our own seeds on the world, to show that we need each others to share our passions, to be inspired and inspire. Trees with solid roots and developed branch systems give a healthy fruits. So do we - devoted to life, curious about it and experienced by it can plant happy seeds that will grow within us and others, watered by solid roots of selv-love. What if all trees out there behind the windows are showing us something? They already let us breath... So why would not they stand for so much more🙏🏻❤️🌳🌲🌴

The term ''tomorrow'' itself stands for a world of paradoxes. It is tomorrow we have the best plan for. Tomorrow we are to take a proper care of ourselves. With tomorrow we are to face new exciting challenges. We will call her tomorrow, talk or meet them tomorrow... We won't fall in love before tomorrow and it is going to be tomorrow when we tell others how much we miss them.
- ‘’Yes, let's keep it for tomorrow.’’ – we often say.
It is tomorrow that will finally bring our happiness and tomorrow again, that will welcome us with good news.
- ‘’Won't you visit me tomorrow instead?’’.
- ‘’Sorry, can't talk right know. Contact me tomorrow.’’
Our dreams will come true tomorrow and that is tomorrow when world will finally hear of us. No wonder, then, that we ''can't wait for tomorrow to come''... Worth remembering is, however, that it is nothing else but ‘’today’’ that serves us a chance to produce our personal great documentaries. Tomorrow, instead, does nothing else inviting us for a screening of fiction movies. It important to remember that our beloved ''tomorrow'' does not only disrupts today's power, but has another meaningful specificity... It may simply never come...
Let us turn towards ''today''. Let us acknowledge where we are. Each change needs to have a clear starting point, its fundament, its benchmark. It's ''today''. Don't be a passive optimst that is awaiting for tomorrow to be better than today. Be an active realist instead, whose ''today'' is crafted by focused presence.
