Happy Monday! And....that’s the last time we can say that in the year 2020.

However this year has treated you, join me tonight, right here on Instagram, for a chance to move your body, take some deep breaths, and shift some energy around before we welcome a new year.

All you need is yourself and something to practice on. The class is free and will be available for 24 hours, so if you can’t join tonight, you are able to take the class tomorrow as well.

Remember that your practice is exactly that, YOUR practice. I will be guiding you if that’s what you need, but there is always the option of taking the shapes you feel your body is craving in that moment. Sometimes that means adding a push-up to your flow and sometimes that means taking child’s pose for a few breaths.

If you at any time during the day need to connect back to yourself, try repeating these three words while taking deep belly breaths. As soon as you realize that ‘here’ is all we really have, stress and anxiety will slowly melt away.
