Magrada on the shelves of the newly opened enbahouse, an European Natural Beauty Awards Excellence Award for our lavender body scrub (and a very serious amount of crème brûlée🍮).
A little surreal, a lot to be grateful for, and definitely a few moments we’ll remember for a long time. 🙏🏆🎉

Being named a Pure Beauty Awards 2026 finalist in Best Body Care Product feels like a beautiful reminder that thoughtful, gentle intimate care deserves the same attention as any other part of our daily routine.
Kuidas meil on Crème Brûlée huulepalsam, aga pole ise kunagi päris crème brûlée’d teinud? 😅🍮
See viga sai nüüd parandatud! Tegime crème brûlée’d kodus esimest korda ja ausalt… me ei tea siiani, kas see oli algaja õnn või lihtsalt väga hästi järgitud retsept, aga tulemus tuli üllatavalt hea. Krõbe karamell peal, külm siidine vanillikreem all, täpselt nii, nagu peab.
Ja kuna me nüüd ametlikult crème brûlée lainele sattusime, siis siin on retsept ka teile. 🤎
CRÈME BRÛLÉE | 5 portsjonit
Vaja läheb:
500 ml 35% vahukoort
1 vanillikaun
4 munakollast
45 g suhkrut
Näputäis soola
1,5 tl suhkrut iga vormi peale
Tee nii:
1. Kuumuta vahukoor koos vanilliseemnete ja -kaunaga peaaegu keemiseni. Tõsta tulelt ja lase 15–20 min tõmmata.
2. Sega munakollased suhkru ja soolaga lihtsalt ühtlaseks, ära vahusta kohevaks.
3. Eemalda kilekiht koorelt ja vanillikaunad. Vala soe koor aeglaselt munakollaste hulka, pidevalt segades.
4. Jaga segu ramekenidesse.
5. Aseta vormid sügavamasse ahjuvormi ja vala ümber keev vesi nii et see oleks samal tasemel ramekeni sisuga.
6. Küpseta 150 °C juures 45 min, kuni servad on tahenenud, aga keskosa veel kergelt võdiseb.
7. Jahuta ja hoia külmkapis vähemalt 4 tundi, ideaalis üleöö.
8. Enne serveerimist puista peale õhuke kiht suhkrut ja karamelliseeri põletiga. ✨
Kõige tähtsam nipp: ära küpseta üle. Kui crème brûlée tuleb ahjust välja ja keskosa veel õrnalt võdiseb, oled õigel teel.
