Run 5km.
Work for a few hours in the morning.
Explore an area: walk and talk quality time.
Enjoy the weather, the sun and the fog.
Have a late lunch in a place you've never been to before.
Visit the gym.
Get home and prep the classes for Monday.

Feels like balance.
