С приходом лета хочется наслаждаться теплыми и солнечными деньками, но не стоит забывать и о своих волосах, ведь они нуждаются в бережном и постоянном уходе.
Я отметила главные правила летнего ухода:
▫️используйте солнцезащитные средства. Ультрафиолет сильно повреждает волосы, поэтому для того, чтобы избежать сухость и потерю цвета используйте спреи или крем с фактором защиты от УФ.
▫️при выборе кондиционера для волос обращайте на состав. Очень хорошо, если в составе будет присутствовать Пантенол
▫️не забывайте о термозащите, когда сушите волосы феном или используете утюжок.
▫️пользуйтесь липидными масками, так как волосы нуждаются в интенсивном питании и увлажнении, как минимум 1 раз/ неделю.
▫️следите за кончиками, так как идеальный волос теряет свой вид сразу же, как начинает обламываться и пушиться. Поэтому не забывайте подстригать вовремя кончики 💇🏼‍♀️

I marked the main rules of summer haircare:
▫️use sun protection products. UF rays are very damaging to hair, so use a spray or cream with a UF protection factor to avoid dryness and color loss.
▫️When you choose a hair conditioner, pay attention to the composition. It will be perfect if a composition of the product will present Panthenol.
▫️don't forget to use thermal protection for hair when you use a hair dryer or styler.
▫️use lipid masks as hair needs intensive nutrition and hydration, at least one time/a week.
▫️watch the ends of your hair because perfect hair loses its appearance as soon as it starts to break off and fluff.
Therefore, do not forget to cut the ends on time💇🏼‍♀️
