Today's client had spent years trying to remove black box dye, and the transformation was successful... but in the end, her hair became too light for her.

She has naturally gray hair, and the very light blonde was washing out her complexion instead of enhancing it.

Today, our goal wasn't just to go darker—it was to create depth, dimension, and a color that truly complements her skin tone while keeping beautiful lighter pieces throughout.
