صنفرة الوجه 👩‍🦰 هي طريقة لزياده نضاره البشره والتخلص من الحبوب من خلال تنشيط الدوره الدمويه ... يعني ببساطة كدة هتجيبي معلقة بذر كتان مطحونه ومعلقة عسل نحل صغيره و ملعقه ونصف او ملعقتين صغيرين لبن هتخلطي المكونات وهتحطيها علي الوجه وتعملى تدليك للوجة من ١٠ الى ١٥ دقيقه وبعدين هتشطفي الوجه بماء فاتر وتغلقي مسام الوجه بماء الورد مره كل اسبوع ومع الاستمرار عليه هتلاحظي الفرق
