🔸In Specialized Endodontic Program-FUE

🔸Root canal treatment lower left first molar

🔸A 38 years old female patient came to our clinic complaining from intense spontaneous pain

Clinical Steps:

🔸Remove old restoration(amalgam). Access cavity preparation.

🔸Rubber dam isolation and field disinfection.

🔸 files were used to check patency in distal canals , files in mesial canals and working length determination.

🔸Working length determination using apex locator and radiogaphic confirmation.

🔸 Continuous irrigation with sodium hypochlorite 5.25% during the procedure to disinfect the organic part.

🔸 Canal is cleaned and shaped using rotary files.

🔸 Followed by irrigation by sodium hypochlorite as a final flush and activation using ultrasonic.

🔸Using sterile paper points to dry the canals.

🔸Obturation was done by vertical compaction technique and resin based sealer.
