For the past 5 years, I’ve been guiding sound meditation journeys at the Safe Space, located in Prim in Mexico City - this space now attracts over 1000 people each month.

Now, this work arrives in a completely new form here in London.

This May + June, step inside Polygon Portal - a brand new 360° spatial audio listening room hosting daily immersive meditation journeys.

A curated sound experience designed to regulate the nervous system - blending ancient practices with cutting-edge technology to shift your state and bring you back into alignment. A practise I deeply recommend - setting the tone for your day.

Daily morning sessions at 8am, starting May 5th 💫

The countdown is on…what began in September, with countless emails, calls and whatsapps…..all happens next week! The Art of Areté now in its 9th year alongside the powerhouse that is IMS has evolved into something truly incredible. Across three days, we’ll be hosting 24 sessions exploring sound, consciousness, culture, and connection within the music industry and beyond.
