🍚 Rice
Rice contains starches and antioxidant compounds that can help leave the skin feeling soft, smooth and refreshed. The cooked rice also gives the mask a creamy, soothing texture.

❤️ Pomegranate
Rich in polyphenols and antioxidants it helps protect the skin from oxidative stress and give the complexion a fresh, healthy-looking glow.

🍯 Honey
A natural humectant that helps attract moisture to the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated, soft and supple.

🌿 N.E.M. Frankincense essential oil
Known for its aromatic and antioxidant properties and traditionally used in skincare for its soothing and skin-conditioning qualities.

🥣 The recipe

• 2 tbsp rice
• ½ glass water
• Boil for 10 minutes
• Let it cool for 5 minutes
• Crush ½ glass pomegranate and strain, using only the juice
• Add the pomegranate juice to the rice
• Add 1 small tsp honey
• Add 1 drop of frankincense essential oil
• Mix well — and your mask is ready!

✨ Apply to clean skin, leave for around 10–15 minutes, then rub & rinse gently.

Important: Because this is a fresh DIY mask with no preservative, make it fresh and don’t store leftovers. Nariman. Me.

🥕 3 Medium carrots (peel, boil in water to cover and keep with water)
🥭 1 to 2 mangos
🍑 3 to 4 apricots
🤍 1 piece of ginger if you wish
*No need for sweetener or honey except if you wish for it to be extra sweet*

Retinol Face Mask:
✨ 1 tsp xanthan gum
✨ 1 tbsp glycerin
✨ 3 tbsp of the juice
