📢 We're Hiring: Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in OTC or FMCG, along with strong analytical and communication skills and a passion for driving product growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand plans for OTC products.
• Enhance marketing strategies for existing products and develop new products aligned with company goals.
• Evaluate monthly budget plans and recommend cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from launch to discontinuation.
• Ensure that the quality and strengths of products are maintained.
• Measure, analyze, and position the product line effectively.
• Conduct competitor and industry analyses to identify and propose product improvement initiatives.
• Deliver product knowledge and training sessions to the sales force.
• Conduct one-to-one field visits with healthcare professionals to gather insights, support brand positioning, and strengthen key relationships.
• Perform double field visits with medical representatives to ensure effective message delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase product visibility and achieve business targets.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.
• MBA is preferred.
• Strong understanding of OTC market trends and consumer healthcare.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Marketing; OTC/FMCG experience is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong research skills.
• Cairo resident.
• Own car.

عدى شهر ورا شهر، وسنة ورا سنة… لحد ما بقوا ٥ سنين كاملة.
٥ سنين من الدعاء، والتحاليل، والأسئلة اللي بتوجع القلب:
