These two photos are the perfect reminder that every client sheds and regrows their natural lashes at a different rate. Which means the frequency of necessary infills is different for each client.

At first glance, you might think the second set has “grown out” much faster—and you’d be right! But that doesn’t mean anything is wrong.
🌿 Both clients have healthy natural lashes. The only difference is that they’re in different stages of their individual lash growth cycle.

Each lash is on its own timeline, and factors such as genetics, hormones, age, stress, medication, health, and even the time of year can influence how quickly your lashes grow and shed.
💡 This is why one client may comfortably go 4 weeks between infills, while another may need to return after 2–3 weeks to maintain the same full look.

As lash artists, we don’t judge retention by the number of lashes left alone—we look at:�✔️ Healthy outgrowth (extensions moving away from the eyelid with the natural lash)�✔️ Proper attachment�✔️ The condition of the natural lashes�✔️ Whether lashes are shedding naturally rather than breaking

As your lash artist, my job is to assess your lash cycle and recommend an infill schedule that keeps your lashes looking full while protecting the health of your natural lashes. That’s why I personalise appointments to you and your lash growth rather than approaching every client with a blanket “one fits all” rule.
