If you spend many hours in front of a computer or looking at your phone, take a moment to notice where your head sits in relation to your neck. 😉
I use a very small movement: I sit or stand tall and, with one finger, gently guide my chin inwards towards my body.
I hold that position for five breaths. I inhale through my nose, exhale through my mouth, release and repeat.
There’s no need for a big movement. In fact, it’s a very small movement. The important thing here is control and turning it into a simple daily habit.
Save it and try it during your next screen break 😊
Importante: presión no significa dolor.
Pruébalo y cuéntame si notas cómo los tejidos “ceden”. 😉

When I notice puffiness or bags around my eyes, one of the techniques I use works just above the cheekbones. 😊
I place one or two fingers on the area and hold medium pressure. One important point: pressure should never mean pain. For me, if it hurts, I’m already forcing more than I want to.
The purpose of the pressure is to feel the tissues “melt” and soften. That’s why I press gently and notice how my fingers gradually sink into the tissue. 😉
I hold it for at least one minute and work on it daily. A comfortable way to do it is to rest your elbows on a table, place your fingers and let the weight of your head help maintain the pressure instead of constantly pushing. Or, like me, you can do it while waiting for someone in the car. 🤭
It’s a simple technique, but do it calmly and without pressing too hard. ☺️
Try it and tell me if you notice how the tissues begin to “give”. 😉

There are facial exercises I absolutely love… but that doesn’t mean they are suitable for every face 😉
I use this one especially for flatter faces, facial laxity or less defined cheekbones.
I place two fingers from each hand just below the cheekbones, around the nasolabial area, create gentle inward resistance and perform small, quick smiles to activate the muscles.
I practise it for 30 to 60 seconds a day 😊
The important detail? Not every face needs more activation.
If you have significant facial puffiness, very dense tissue or a naturally wide face, I wouldn’t choose this exercise as my first option. In those cases, I prefer to start with fascial release ☺️
That’s why I always like to observe the face before deciding which facial exercise to use.
Facial exercise makes much more sense when we understand what each face actually needs instead of simply repeating exercises 😉
Save this post and, before trying it, take a moment to observe your face and how the tissue feels 😊🥰

When I’m short on time, I like to use this quick gua sha massage. I do it on dry skin, gently, and following the path I show you in the video. 😊
I use it as a drainage massage to help with fluid build-up. In the Reel I work on one side only so you can clearly see the sequence; afterwards, repeat the same path on the other side.
And skincare comes afterwards. I don’t apply anything while I’m doing this massage.
This gua sha brush works wonderfully when you use it correctly 😉 Have you tried it yet? You can buy it directly from me through my salon. Send me a WhatsApp message and I’ll tell you how to get yours 😊

Vivimos deprisa.
〰️〰️〰️🇬🇧〰️〰️〰️
Life moves fast. We try to keep up with everything, be there for everyone, get everything done… and sometimes even self-care starts to feel like just another obligation. 😊
I’ve learned this over the years too.
To be present in all the different parts of my life —as a professional, partner, mother, woman and simply as myself— I need moments that are just for me.
Time to stop.
To breathe.
To listen to myself.
To do nothing productive at all. ☺️
Because taking care of myself doesn’t always mean doing more.
Sometimes emotional wellbeing is also about slowing down, resting, spending some time alone and giving myself permission to simply be.
Those little moments help me return to my day with more energy, clarity and calm. And for me, that is also part of conscious self-care. 🌿
If you need to slow down today, give yourself permission.
No guilt. No pressure to make that time useful. Just time for you. 😊🥰
Yo no me pongo Botox.
Moverme. Nutrirme. Descansar. Cuidar mi piel. Reírme. Disfrutar. Y seguir viviendo ☺️
Puedo cuidarme mucho y seguir siendo perfectamente imperfecta 😉🥰
〰️〰️〰️🇬🇧〰️〰️〰️
What if aging well had nothing to do with doing everything perfectly? 😊
I don’t get Botox. Sometimes I enjoy a glass of wine 🍷, I love resting and taking a nap, I don’t take ten supplements a day, and I don’t want to spend my life trying to meet every beauty and wellness standard I see online.
For me, self-care and conscious aging mean something different.
Listening to my body. Moving. Nourishing myself. Resting. Caring for my skin. Laughing. Enjoying myself. And actually living ☺️
I don’t want to spend my energy trying to look younger at any cost. I’d rather invest it in feeling good, staying true to myself and enjoying every stage of life naturally.
I can care for my skin without hating my wrinkles.
I can want to improve without punishing myself.
I can take care of myself and still be perfectly imperfect 😉🥰
That is what aging with joy means to me: caring for myself naturally and consciously, but always in my own way.
Do you ever feel that self-care is becoming just another expectation to live up to? 😊
