Booking & Cancellation Policy

As a small independent business, every appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To secure your booking, we require a small deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit helps ensure commitment to the appointment and allows us to manage our diary fairly and efficiently.
Unlike larger companies, a small business cannot easily absorb the financial impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, it is often impossible to fill that time slot, resulting in lost income and preventing other clients from accessing available appointments.

We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made within our stated notice period. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments in accordance with our policy.
