Micro-Fusion Bonding
Micro Fusion BondingMicro-fusion bonding (also known as pre-bonded extensions) is the most widely used and long-lasting method of hair extension application. This method uses a keratin based bonding resin and minimises any damage to your natural hair. Keratin is a natural protein that is found in hair and nails. You can style your hair in the same way that you would style your own hair and I custom blend your extensions to create high or low lights. With this method of application the bonds are very small, almost invisible, but you will be able to achieve maximum volume, thickness and a natural 'swish'! This method will last for up to 3-4 months or even longer with proper care, depending on your natural hair growth rate. Micro-Rings/Links
Micro Ring BondingThe Micro Ring installation and removal system is one of the easiest hair extension systems available on the market. These lightweight, almost undetectable metal rings are applied to your own hair; the hair extension is then clamped tightly inside the ring holding it securely to your natural hair. These tiny rings, which are coloured to blend in with your own hair will not be seen through. This is a cold method which uses no glues, heat or chemicals of any sort. The rings come in a range of different hair colours and are covered with a smooth coating which provides a comfortable cushion for hair. The rings clamp securely in place and will not slip out even during the most challenging of activities. These can last up to 4months before they need repositioning. Maintaining your micro ring extensions could not be easier. With micro ring extensions, you can wash, blow-dry and style your hair as normally as you would if you do not have extensions applied. Removal is very quick, easy, and simply involves clamping the rings with a pair of pliers to squeeze them open. They are then just slid off of the hair, leaving it in perfectly good condition, it is highly important that they are removed by a professional hair extension technician to avoid any unnecessary damage to the hair by pulling or tugging.
