Foraged in the forest this morning- Spring Green Soup. Foraged nettles, cleaver, wild asparagus and fresh mint. Added fresh herbs, leek, lettuce and peas. A dash of cream and a drizzle of olive oil and wow a highly nutritious and delicious healthy soup. 🌿🌱🍃🌱🪴🫛
