Welcome! My name is Lidiya and I my goal is to help people find joy, self-empowerment, and fitness through laughter, human connection, movement, and play.

My practices includes Acroyoga and Thai Yoga Massage. My passion for AcroYoga started in 2012 and has helped me grow stronger and more fearless. While living in the United States, I participated in many trainings and have been deeply touched and inspired by the teamwork, trust, and mindfulness involved in this unique practice.
