Two weeks have passed since I spent this wonderful weekend full of self care in Barcelona. A weekend designed for my personal needs to train, nourish, relax and rest.

Enjoying a full day of coaching with the very best company . We started with a compound and unilateral full body workout and ended up with a delicious rainbow plate at ‚Secrets of Farga‘ - talking about health, confidence, mindset and self love.

The rest of my ME time weekend was filled with friendship talks and precious moments with my soul sister Sandra who I hadn’t seen for six years. I am so grateful for my fantastic life and I can’t wait to be back in Barcelona to enjoy more coaching times with .
