Good morning!
Here are some tips to keep you motivated to excercise!
* Set yourself a goal. (ie. a wedding, SUMMER, holiday, birthday etc...)
* Make it cost you. (when money is involved you don't tend to cancel a session as easily)
*Hang up a calendar in an obvious spot that is devoted solely to tracking your workouts.
*Think about how you feel after your workout. It’s very rare for someone to feel bad after working out
*Get nice Gym clothes
*Get a workout buddy
*Listen to music while you workout and keep it updated
*Join group classes at the gym
