According to one of the latest systematic reviews on composite restorations on anterior teeth it seems that failure behavior in anterior restorations is different from posterior teeth, with less secondary caries present. But we are still missing some well-designed clinical trials to evaluate the longevity of anterior composite restorations and investigate the specific factors associates with failure..🤔.

-Start with an adecuate planification. In this case we performed fully guided surgery.
-Place the multi-units over the implants with the specific torque.
-Place the provisional abutments and protect the gingiva with rubber dam.
-Reline the complete denture with the same resin.
-Thansform the complete denture into a fixed provisional prosthesis.

Patient came at the clinic with a failure of the upper hybrid prosthesis over 8 implants due to a lack of prosthetic space. A new metal-cermic full arch was performed, the lower arch was kept for economical reasons but will be changed in the future. @ Barcelona, Spain
