The Pilates studio is located near green metro line, L3, stop Liceu. Classes are in small groups or individual and are offered in English, Spanish and Catalan.

I will be starting online ‘Chair Pilates’ sessions in April!! These will be great for anyone who can’t/doesn’t want to get onto the floor but who wishes to:
Improve balance and stability in standing, and help to prevent falls
Improve spinal flexibility and strength, and reduce pain
Improve ability to move from sit to stand
Improve shoulder flexibility and strength
Improve grip strength
When your body moves optimally all activities of daily life will be easier, 😊❤️
The sessions will be twice a week, for five weeks, €50/per 5 week block of classes. The classes will be on Zoom so you will be in the comfort of your own home. Please share with any friends or relatives who may be interested! And PM me with any questions

I shared this post in a couple of local fb groups yesterday and lots of my NW and Pilates clients were able to share their experiences of my work. I see change and notice how my clients are moving better but it’s lovely to hear what they feel ❤️
Nordic Walking is a great way to turn your “walk into a workout” and to experience the benefits of exercising in nature. I have been a NW teacher since 2014 when I realised what an amazing technique this is (I’m in the pink top in this picture😉). Nordic Walking Sant Cugat

I was glad I still practice Pilates myself on Saturday when I had to crawl under this tree, climb over the next one and through a final one!! Flexibility was needed 😜(after the big storm in the Uk!) and the other advantage to teaching online is that I can be here to support my aging parents whilst still teaching my full quota of classes 😇😀
