When you get real with yourself through breath and difficulty, that’s when you find out who you actually are. Enric’s story, in his own words.

discomfort doesn’t always mean you’re on the wrong path.
it might mean you’re growing

Your body is already doing the work.

Your liver, kidneys, lymph, breath, circulation — all quietly moving, clearing and restoring.

You don’t need to force it.

Just learn to listen to what your body is already doing, and give it a little support.

Sometimes the simplest practices can create the biggest shifts.

Most people spend their lives trying to avoid discomfort.

Every session is a chance to step outside it. Not to prove anything. Not to suffer. Just to practise staying present when your body wants to leave.

That’s where resilience is built.

Embrace discomfort.

Why you should be doing self-massage in the sauna 👇

It’s not a random add-on. Doing it inside the heat multiplies what both the sauna and the massage do on their own. Here’s the actual reason:

The heat opens everything up. High temperature dilates your blood vessels and warms the tissue, so your muscles are already soft and pliable. That means your hands reach the deep layers with way less pain and effort, the tension that usually fights back just gives.

The tapping isn’t for show. Those quick rhythmic pats drive blood to the surface, activate circulation, and stimulate the lymphatic system. Combined with the sweating, that’s what moves fluid, releases stagnancy, and speeds up recovery. It’s why tapping shows up in sauna cultures going back generations.

And it hits the nervous system. Tapping specific points in a calm, hot environment drops cortisol fast and shifts you out of alert-mode into rest-mode. That’s the heavy-head-lifting, shoulders-dropping feeling you get after, it’s your system actually downshifting.

Neck, shoulders, back, forearms, feet. Wherever you hold it is where you go.

The heat sets the conditions. The massage is how you use them.
