In a world that praises constant hustle, pausing is the most human thing you can do. It is in these small, quiet moments that we give our bodies the space to settle and regulate.

Hydrolates are created through the traditional process of steam distillation. When steam passes through the leaves, petals, or roots of a botanical, it captures its exact chemical profile. As the steam cools and turns back into liquid, it separates into two parts: the concentrated essential oil and the distilled plant water. This water is the hydrolate. It contains all the water-soluble benefits of the plant, delivering its raw, active properties.
