Out and about filming some content today, but found somewhere along the way to watch England hopefully win!!

Drinking a pint of the absolute worst cider I’ve ever had, but oh well 🫠😂

I spent 24 hours in a British village in Tennessee! 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

Kalani and I spent the night in Rugby, Tennessee last night.

Rugby was dreamed and created by Thomas Hughes, a British author from Uffinfton, England. He created Rugby as a British utopian colony in the countryside in Tennessee hoping for it to be an agricultural community.

Due to fires, typhoid fever, and logistical struggles Rugby didn’t thrive like Thomas had dreamed.

As of today the preserved Victorian village is still open to visit! They do tours, you can stay on property, there’s beautiful hiking nearby, a wonderful general store with good food, a working print shop, church, and a few other things!

You’ll find a few UK flags and US flags sprinkled around the village which I loved. They also have a British/Appalachian festival every May!

If you’ve never been here, add it to your list! It was so cool to find a piece of British history in my own backyard 🖤

Kalani and I are having a fun date day!

Started off the morning at a coffee shop/bakery for a little bit to eat. Then we went to Cummins Falls State Park for a hike. Now we’re off to try a little Mexican spot for lunch and after that we’ll be swimming at a lake (if the rain holds off).

It’s been such a fun day so far being a tourist in our own home! 🌲 ☕️ 👀

We got home to Tennessee yesterday and were absolutely exhausted 🫠

We’re off to Mexico in a few days to watch England, come back to Tennessee for a bit, and then not long after that are back over in the UK again. We just can’t stay away 😂
