I enjoy doing women’s and men’s haircuts, hair updos, colouring and highlights — anything that helps you feel like the best version of yourself. Dear Clients,

I’d like to kindly remind everyone how important communication is when it comes to bookings—especially when your service requires many hours of my work.

Recently, I had a wedding booking that was made 3 months in advance. I reserved the full day for this group, followed up several times for confirmation and inspiration pictures, but received no replies. Only two days before the wedding—after I had been calling repeatedly until one person finally answered—I was told they had booked elsewhere and no longer needed the appointments. Just like that.

Please understand: when you reserve an appointment, especially for a big celebration, event, or full look change, I dedicate that time entirely to you. If you cancel last minute or simply don’t show up, it means I lose valuable working hours that could have been offered to other clients. Time is money, and respect should go both ways.

Imagine if the situation were reversed—if you arrived on your wedding day and I wasn’t there or had given your spot away. It would be unacceptable, and social media would be full of complaints about how unprofessional and unreliable the salon was. The same respect I give to you, I kindly expect in return.

Please confirm your appointments when asked.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made later will be charged 100% of the service price.

For new or non-regular clients, a non-refundable deposit will be required for any service longer than 2 hours.

This way, everything remains fair, professional, and respectful for everyone.
