✨New concept. New space.

Inward Flow classes blend creative movement with yoga techniques to improve mobility and release physical tension. Using the breath as our guide, we flow from gentle movements into deeper postures to create a moment of peace and stillness to reconnect with ourselves.

I want to thank Ulfa Studios for giving me the opportunity to share my practice in her center. I’m excited to begin this journey and be part of this wonderful project.
