đFull Moon Flowđ
On 29 July, a wonderful group of us gathered by the sea to practise yoga under the full moon.
Familiar faces and new ones alike took this opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and move with awareness.
We became more aware of the natural world around us while connecting with it: the breath guiding the movement, the sound of the waves bringing us back to the present moment, and the body moving in harmony with both.
Julyâs full moon, traditionally known as the Buck Moon, reminded us of something deeply human. Just as deer shed their antlers each summer to make way for new ones, we too move through cycles of transformation. Growth isnât always about adding more; sometimes it begins by letting go of what we no longer need.
It didnât take us long to decide what we were ready to leave behind and offer to the fire.
In doing so, we created a little more space in the bodyâand perhaps within ourselves as well.
Thank you to everyone who shared this evening with us. đ¤
đStillness in Movementđ
⨠1:1 Sessions
I wanted to share some reflections from my private sessions with Alison
Alison has a long journey in the world of holistic therapies and healing, supporting others through deep processes of transformation.
In her yoga practice, she used to explore advanced postures such as Kapotasana, and after a pause, we are working together to return to them from a different place: with awareness, patience and conscious attention.
In our sessions and through her personal practice, we focus on rebuilding trust in the body and restoring strength and mobility.
We work through:
⢠Conscious movement to awaken and engage specific areas of the body.
⢠Assistance and adjustments to explore new sensations and find alignment.
⢠The use of props, gradually learning to reduce the support they provide.
Every body has its own story and its own timing. It is through stillness that we cultivate listening, and from that place we learn to practice from where we are today.
đ¤ Thank you Alison for trusting me with this process.
âď¸Summer â25
Last year, I had a beautiful space where I could share my yoga practice.
Throughout the summer, we created special workshops, full moon celebrations and other beautiful collaborations.
2026 has brought a lot of movement and uncertainty. Although that space now belongs to the memories we created there, the desire to keep creating, sharing and connecting has never disappeared.
Thank you for your trust, your support and for being part of this journeyđ¤

Celebrating International Yoga Day, I wanted to share one of its most valuable teachings.
In our asana practice, we create space in the body through flexion and extension: we feel the spine lengthen, the chest and ribcage open, and our breath become deeper and more expansive.
This month, that physical opening has served as a metaphor for working with non-reactivity.
We perceive the world through the lens of our own experience. Our identity, values and preferences act as filters, creating an interpretation of reality that, many times, does not match what is actually happening.
âThey havenât replied because they donât care about meâ, âthe person in front of me in the queue is so annoyingâ, âIâm sure I wonât be able to do itâ⌠and so many other stories we create in our minds every day.
But when we create space between an experience and our reaction, when we momentarily let go of our preferences or our need to be right, we become able to look with more curiosity and less judgement, with discernment and understanding.
Because understanding does not mean always agreeing. Especially at a time when hateful discourses are becoming normalised in public life, it is important to remember that we can stand against them without losing our ability to observe and understand.
Creating space â the same space that a single breath takes â means being able to look beyond our first reaction and recognise that there may be something we still cannot see or understand.
And from that space, we allow understanding, empathy and compassion to arise.
Happy International Yoga Day â¨
đŞđ˝đ Beautiful practice with beautiful people of all ages.
Tuning our breath to the sound of the waves, nurturing our bodies with the first rays of the sun, and stilling our minds through movement.
Thank you all for your trust.
See you on the mat đđ
đ This week, one of my students told me how much she had loved the slower pace of the class, and it reminded me of something important: we donât all need the same thing at the same time.
In classes, people come togetherâsome wanting to explore more challenging postures, others preferring to move more slowly through gentler, more accessible shapes.
The truth is that we are often both of these people at different moments in our lives, or even depending on the day.
But the morning especially invites us to slow down: first connecting with the breath, followed by gentle stretches, gradually moving into deeper postures.
This way, we begin the day with more awareness, more lightness, and less reactivity.
