Release Therapy™ is a holistic bodywork method created by Simona Thai, rooted in Traditional Thai Massage and developed through more than 15 years of professional practice.

Working through Thai Sen energy lines and acupressure points, the method integrates different therapeutic techniques to release muscular and fascial tension, support circulation and lymphatic flow, encourage deep relaxation and restore a sense of balance, lightness and vitality.

THERAPIST BODY CARE & PROTECTION:

An essential part of the training is learning how to protect yourself while giving a more effective treatment.
We will work on grounding, physical & energetic protection, correct posture, body positioning, leverage and intelligent use of body weight — helping you create deeper, more effective techniques while reducing unnecessary strain on your own body.

For me, massage has never been simply about muscles. It is about listening to the body.

I’m Simona, a holistic bodywork therapist based in Ibiza, with nearly 15 years of experience dedicated to massage, movement and wellbeing.

Over the years, my journey has brought together different approaches to bodywork, from Traditional Thai Massage and deep therapeutic techniques to slower, more intuitive forms of touch.

This experience led me to develop Soul Touch Therapy™ — my personal approach to bodywork, where conscious touch, deep relaxation and intuitive listening come together in a treatment tailored to the person in front of me.

Every body is different.
And I believe every massage should be different too.

My intention is to create a space where you can slow down, release physical tension, reconnect with your body and experience a deeper sense of balance.

Today, I bring my treatments directly to villas, hotels, yachts and private residences across Ibiza, creating private wellness experiences wherever you are on the island.
