Facilitator Masterclass Week

You may know a beautiful method or healing practice — but can you truly hold a group, remain present and create a safe space for whatever unfolds?

Holding the Field is a five-day experiential masterclass week for facilitators, coaches, therapists, healers, retreat leaders and anyone who works with groups.

You can join the complete five-day programme or attend one or more individual masterclasses.

The programme

Monday — Holding the Field & Role Clarity
Opening, holding and carefully closing a group field. Presence, attunement, boundaries, responsibility and safe facilitation.

Tuesday — Systemic Dynamics & Shadow Work
Recognising hidden patterns, loyalties, projections and undercurrents, while learning to facilitate without taking over, rescuing or judging.

Wednesday — Experience, Nature & Integration
A lighter experiential day with space for nature, the elements, embodied awareness, connection, reflection and integration.

Thursday — Consciousness & Energy Work
Meditation, embodied and intuitive facilitation, energy work, Time Travel and Remote Viewing. You will also learn how to ground participants and bring an experience to a safe and clear close.

Friday — Practice, Preparation & Rehearsal
Facilitate short experiences, receive feedback and prepare together for the practical setting of the Verdolaga Soul Festival.

Practical experience during the festival

On Saturday 7 November, participants may have the opportunity to put what they have learned into practice during the Verdolaga Soul Festival.

To be considered for a practical role during the festival, participants must attend at least two masterclasses. Depending on experience and readiness, this may include observing, assisting, welcoming visitors or facilitating a short experience under supervision.

✨ Complete five-day programme: €350

The price includes a fresh vegetarian lunch, coffee, tea and water on each training day.

A limited possibility for accommodation may be available for participants joining the complete week. Please contact us for further information.

The masterclasses will be facilitated in both English and Dutch by the Verdolaga retreat team, including Kitty and Simone.

Truth isn’t always peaceful
or polite
or palatable.

It doesn’t always whisper,
it doesn’t always tread lightly.

It doesn’t always feel kind,
or even “spiritual”.

Truth can be fiery. Loud.
Inconvenient.

Truth burns away pretence, lies, masks, and manipulation.

Sometimes Truth gets right in your face. It challenges you. It protests. It exposes what’s false and greedy. It confronts you with what you’ve done, how you’ve lived, who you’ve become, what you truly value or do not.

Truth can bring you to your knees - not to destroy you but to humble you, to bring you back to what’s real, to make you reassess your entire life.

Truth destroys only what isn’t true. So to meet it is a kind of death. The old self, the pretending self, the narcissistic self, is reduced to ashes - fertile ground where something honest can grow.

Truth doesn’t always come with a smile, or with gentleness and soft music.

Sometimes it comes as fire.

But it always comes.
