Coming Soon at Reflexology Axarquía: Reflexology for the Menopause 👣♥️ a new specialised service supporting women through the perimenopause and menopause.

Research shows that reflexology can help ease common menopausal symptoms, supporting the body to rebalance and cope with change in a gentle, holistic way.

During the session, specific reflex and acupressure points on the feet, ankles and lower legs are carefully worked to promote, balance and wellbeing.

Reflexology for menopause can be used safely alongside HRT or other medical treatments.
