LEADERS MASTERCLASS MUNICH

Ivan and I had one clear goal for our Leaders Masterclass in Munich: to help our artists take their work to the next level.
We had artists joining us from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. Everyone came with different strengths, experience and questions.
That is exactly why we approach every Masterclass individually: What is already working well? Where is more confidence needed? Which technical details does each artist need to make their work more precise, professional and high-quality?

That is what we focused on together. We supported every participant closely, developed their strengths, worked through uncertainties and focused on the points that make the biggest difference.

Our models had different starting situations and could immediately experience the level of care and quality behind the work.

That is what a Leaders Masterclass is all about: refining existing skills, developing them further and taking the work to a higher level.

Munich was intensive, international and full of great energy – exactly how a Masterclass should be.

Ivan und ich hatten bei unserer Leaders Masterclass in München ein klares Ziel: die Arbeit unserer Teilnehmer auf das nächste Level zu bringen.

Mit dabei waren Artists aus Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz und Polen. Jeder kam mit unterschiedlichen Stärken, Erfahrungen und Fragen.
Deshalb schauen wir bei einer Masterclass ganz individuell hin: Was funktioniert bereits gut? Wo fehlt noch Sicherheit? Welche Technik und Details braucht der Einzelne, um seine Arbeit präziser, professioneller und hochwertiger zu machen?

Genau daran haben wir gemeinsam gearbeitet. Wir haben jeden Teilnehmer eng begleitet, Stärken weiterentwickelt, Unsicherheiten geklärt und an den Punkten gearbeitet, die den größten Unterschied machen.

Unsere Modelle hatten unterschiedliche Ausgangssituationen und konnten direkt erleben, mit wie viel Qualität und Sorgfalt gearbeitet wurde.
Genau das bedeutet eine Leaders Masterclass: vorhandenes Können gezielt weiterzuentwickeln, zu verfeinern und auf ein neues Level zu bringen.

Tatjana already works in permanent makeup, but she recognized how beautifully SMP can connect with the knowledge she already has in her hands. 🤍

During our Belgrade Leaders Academy education, she gained a new skill, but also a deeper understanding that can support her work even beyond scalp micropigmentation.

What made us especially happy is that she truly values the support that continues after the education, because growth does not stop when the training ends.

Diese Ausbildung war für mich nicht einfach nur ein weiterer Masterclass, eine weitere Stadt oder eine weitere Gruppe von Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern.

Sie war eine Erinnerung daran, warum ich überhaupt begonnen habe, mein Wissen weiterzugeben.

Wenn man Menschen sieht, die mit so viel Wunsch, Aufmerksamkeit und Respekt für SMP kommen, dann weiß man, dass diese Branche in unserer Region eine Zukunft hat.

In diesen drei Tagen haben wir Technik, Analyse, den Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden und all die kleinen Entscheidungen gelernt, die den Unterschied machen zwischen einer Arbeit, die einfach nur gemacht wird, und einer Arbeit, hinter der Wissen, Ruhe und Verantwortung stehen.

Aber der schönste Teil ist immer das, was man nicht aus einem Skript lernen kann.

Vertrauen. Energie. Fragen. Momente, in denen jemand zum ersten Mal spürt, dass er es kann.

Und dieses Gefühl, dass vor mir nicht nur Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer stehen, sondern Menschen, die eines Tages jemandem wieder Sicherheit geben können.

Ich bin stolz auf jeden einzelnen Schritt, auf jeden Versuch, auf jede Aufmerksamkeit, die sie in ihre Arbeit eingebracht haben, und auf die Art, wie sie verstanden haben, wie sanft und wichtig SMP als Fähigkeit ist.

Belgrad war für mich viel mehr als eine Ausbildung.

Es war der Beginn einer neuen Generation von SMP Artists, die diese Branche richtig, natürlich und mit Respekt aufbauen möchten.

If your education stops at technique, it will not prepare you for real world work.
