LOVE these omegas! 🧡

There’s a large and ever-growing body of scientific evidence that a diet rich in these fatty acids has multiple health benefits, especially for the brain, eyes, heart, joints, and skin. Unfortunately, most people don’t get enough omegas in their diets — especially not from high-quality plant sources.

I love THIS omega because it doesn’t smell fishy (no fishy burps) and I dream so much more since I’ve been taking them. (Can u say deeper sleep?) I also love the quality of these algae and seed oils:

I know it's not feasible for most people to simply cut all sugar out of their diet. So many every day foods, even "low fat", "diet" and "health" foods contain hidden sugars.😬

Here's 6 steps to get you started!

1️⃣ Look at how much sugar you currently consume per day. Notice you feel after eating high sugar foods and notice the effects sugar is having on your health, your moods and your quality of life.

✅ it's recommended to aim for anything between 6-9 tsp or less.

That's between a total of 26 and 34 grams.

2️⃣ Plan ahead and carry healthy snacks with you. 🍌🥜🍇

3️⃣ 😬Limit or eliminate sugar sweetened beverages.
This will DRASTICALLY reduce your sugar consumption.🙌

4️⃣ Make smart swaps. Empower yourself. Research healthier options you can use to sweeten your food.👌

5️⃣👨🏽‍💻Learn how to check nutritional labels.

If sugar is in the top 5 ingredients, that is a red flag. 🚩

🙇🏼Look at how many grams of sugar a product has per 100gm.

🍩more than 22.5g of total sugars per 100g is high

💧5g of total sugars or less per 100g is low. Aim for the low end. 👍

1tsp of sugar is 4.2 grams.

6️⃣ 💁🏼Remember, it's about moderation and not total elimination.👌
