I've got a positive feeling about the clouds 🌧 clearing pretty soon...👊

Based on reading the weather forecast 😉🤣....but also because my weekend off has passed and we start a new week in the treatment rooms and fitness studio at Diamond Health & Fitness ....🤬🤣🤣

Whilst we can't influence the weather....maybe retirement makes it easier to cope with?🤣🤣

In the meantime.....we'll have to create our own sunshine and positivity...☀️💯👊

Experience has taught us that "patience is a virtue" .....particularly in order to make correct decisions!

Still have a couple of weeks Studio work to finish at Diamond Health & Fitness alongside some ongoing additional medical licence procedures (...you may see the authorities in and out of our premises 🤔)

Taking our time to engage with the right people (rather than accepting anyone).....who have the appropriate qualifications and experience ....has paid dividends 🙌.

The new team will not be familiar faces with people locally but the quality of therapists and instructors is exceptional...💯👌

Thanks for the support folks and please follow our progress 👊🙌

Chuckled this week when a new client said to me.....

"Is your name really Diamond.....??" 🤣🤣

Whilst I did consider creating a gucci stage name for my sports therapy career 🤔.....I can confirm that it is my real surname and Diamond Health & Fitness is run by a Diamond geezer called Stu Diamond ....🙌🤣🤣

"You've got to start somewhere......to get anywhere"

If you are recovering from injury or illness.....had a lay off exercise..... feel you should get the body moving a little more....or indeed don't know how the body currently moves 🤔.....Diamond Health & Fitness can assist and support you 💯🙌
