Mark has been in the UK🇬🇧 this last week teaching and presenting at retreats in both England and Wales....👏👏

His experience, knowledge and standing in the Somatic Movement teaching community is second to none.....and we are incredibly grateful to have him alongside us. Mark will be a key figure within our workstreams as we expand to Altaona Golf & Country Village 🙌

These classes (currently Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.00am in our air conditioned Studio 2, Urb Lo Santiago) are highly recommended and suitable for all.
