When you do therapy disconnected from the body, the mind can get stuck for years… Then mind tries to fix, try to understand, try to fight or avoid, distract…
When you connect to the body and simply feel everything what it holds, however intense and uncomfortable it can feel first the magic of healing can start happening… Where is our body is our life force, when you choose to be present in the body you can go beyond limitations of mind. You can start meeting your own being, your own essence, your own inner true self.

And on the way you have to meet and let go everything what’s not real, your mask, your protection, your resistance, everything you learned on the way to protect yourself from the painful experiences.
