One of the biggest misconceptions is that once your client is ready, all you have to do is step on stage. The truth is, your presentation can completely change how the judges perceive you.

💚 Attention to detail. Every angle matters. Hand placement, foot position, hip rotation, posture, eye line, and facial expression all contribute to your overall look. Small adjustments often make the biggest difference.

💚 Elegance of movement. Wellness is a feminine category but we welcome male therapists too. Your posing should be controlled, graceful, and intentional, not rushed or robotic. Every transition is just as important as the pose itself.💚🩵💜

💚Body mechanics. No two physiques are the same, so no two therapists should pose the same. Understanding how your body moves and how to create the best movement is what elevates your presentation.
