Esta semana nos fuimos explorando el bosque del Castell de Bellver con mi hijo de 3 años, recogiendo cositas para hacer un cuadro silvestre. Una actividad súper chula para acercar los niños a la naturaleza.

Haciendo nuestro collage en casa, se fue corriendo al baño y volvió con una hoja de papel higiénico.

“¿Pero que haces? No vamos a poner papel higiénico en el cuadro del bosque!”, le digo.
“Si mamá, había mucho papel en el bosque!”.

Pues, ahora hay papel higiénico pegado en nuestra obra de arte. Un recordatorio triste pero muy realístico de lo que el humano le hace a la naturaleza.

Por favor! Paramos ya de destruirla???

This week my 3-year-old son and I went exploring the forest of Castell de Bellver, collecting little things to make a wild picture. A super cool activity to bring children closer to nature.

Making our collage at home, he ran to the bathroom and came back with a piece of toilet paper.

"But what are you doing? We're not going to put toilet paper on the forest picture!" I say.
"Yes, Mom, there was a lot of paper in the forest!"

Well, now there is toilet paper stuck in our work of art. A sad and powerful reminder of what humans do to nature.

Please! Can we stop destroying it???

Finding balance does not mean growing straight, but bending gracefully and embracing the twists and turns life brings you. Just as nature does.

At the end of our last forest bathing session, we came across this cute wild Mediterranean turtle 🐢, a symbol of patience and tranquility.

A beautiful reminder that precious moments most often happen when we take life at a slower pace…

Un hermoso recordatorio de que los momentos preciosos suelen ocurrir cuando llevamos la vida a un ritmo más lento...
