since and has been the energy driving the Redken Spain team for the past eight years. Being a Redken Artist Rudi learnt to give courses to colleagues in the mainland, he assisted the Symposiums in Las Vegas (2011, 2013) and Berlin (2012), and was part of the opening show team at the European Symposium in London in 2014. His personal highlights of the past eight years include the Exchange Madrid (2011), where he took part in the opening of the largest Redken L’Oréal Academy in Madrid and the opening of the European Symposium in London 2014. He was also selected for the Redken Weekends in Barcelona (2012) and Madrid (2014). Rudi is forever seeking to better himself, to learn, to grow, with a love of travel and plenty of languages up his sleeve he is always open to new opportunities and to face whatever life has to offer, his motto being that of Redken;
