I practiced yoga for years. Advanced postures. Strong mind.
Until I realized: asanas alone weren't enough.

The direction wasn't in practicing more.
It was in going deeper. 🧘‍♀️

Now I feel I have direction.
And everything changed.

What about you? How do you feel your asana practice?

This last 3 months have felt so intense yet so right! Serving in Rishikesh by the side of Ganga Ma has been a dream and being able to do it in has been incredibly nourishing.

I want to deeply appreciate my husband's support 🤍 What a beautiful and transformarive adventure we have had.

We are finally ready to come back to Spain. 🌸🌸🌸

✨ The real reason we returned to Rishikesh

Yoga showed us that life goes far beyond where we come from, what we do, or what we believe.
In Rishikesh we found the space to reconnect with what truly matters 🤍
Through Bhakti Yoga, we remembered something simple yet profound: why we are living this human experience.
When what we do is offered with love — to others, to life, to the universe — the ego softens and a sense of meaning appears 🌿
Bhakti is relationship: with the heart, with others, and with the sacred in the way each one feels it.

Thank you all for walking this path with us 🙏✨

How did God, the Universe, or Cosmic Energy show up yesterday?

Every morning I reflect on the day before, noticing small moments where something greater was guiding reality. This is inspired by Vraja Bihari Das and his lecture about journalling in the bhakti yoga intensive course in GEV.

Here are a few of the lasts days’s gifts:

🥭 Sweet local mango by the beach — a reminder to return to simplicity.

🐢 Watching turtles in the ocean — strength and persistence in motion.

🚶 Smiles from strangers in Sri Lanka — feeling loved, even far from home.

🌸 A flower from Elías — love in the smallest gestures.

🌊 Surfing with the right person, in the right place — fear transformed into joy.

Beauty lives in the simple moments. ✨

How did God,The Universe, Cosmic Energy showed up yesterday?

This is an exercise I’ve incorporated into my journaling practice thanks to Vraja Bihari Das lecture during the bhakti yoga intensive ()

It’s simple: every morning I write and reflect on the previous day, giving thanks for what has been offered to me and acknowledging that there is a force greater than me — beyond my personality — that sustains and shapes my reality.

Below, I share some of the everyday reflections that I've written
This process helps me remember that beauty lives in simplicity,
and that the fleeting nature of each moment makes being present even more precious.

🥭 We ate local mango on the beach. It was so sweet. How important these days it is to return to the simple things and enjoy them.

🐢 The afternoon watching the turtles in the sea. It was so interesting to be aware of the power of the sea and yet how persistent the turtles are. How beautiful!

🚶 The people we met in Sri Lanka greeted us with big smiles. It's nice to feel seen and recognized even being so far from home.

🌸 Elias gave me a flower today (from that tree I love so much) to wear in my hair. He knows I really like its smell.

🌊 The surf lesson with the right person in the right place. I was able to overcome my fear of falling and I immensely enjoyed the sea.

Today I want to share about my experience at and thank you all for making it possible 🥹🙏

1.Animal Connection: Interacting with animals daily made me realize how disconnected I was. I take with me their lessons of patience and compassion.
2.Sādhu-saṅga: I’ve finally embraced the art of choosing my company wisely. Proximity is key to spiritual growth; from them, I carry forward wise counsel and a heart set on service.
3.Sādhanā: The importance of staying true to our practice—stripping away who we are not (personality) to reach our true destination (Yoga).
4.Vedic Wisdom: I don't control reality, but I do control my attitude. When I trust and surrender to a higher purpose, the universe takes care of the rest.
5.Right Place, Right Time: Being exactly where you need to be is never a coincidence. New doors have opened, and I leave with pure excitement for the future.

From , Radhanath Maharaj opens the doors to all those who, like him in his youth (The Journey Home: Autobiography of an American Swami), are searching for God.

Here I understood that walking a spiritual path requires commitment—the kind of commitment found in a deep relationship, a conscious choice to fully show up. The same applies to our relationship with the divine.

Yoga and God go hand in hand. Without God, yoga is reduced to asanas, a mere cultivation of the body. Yoga was born as a path of union with the transcendent; without that intention, something essential is lost.

But what is God? In the Vedic tradition, God is known by many names: Bhagavan (the Supreme Person), Ishwara (the intelligence governing the universe), Brahman (the impersonal absolute reality), and Paramatman (the spirit residing within all beings). The relationship with the divine is deeply personal—choosing how we relate allows that relationship to deepen.

ISKCON offers a clear and gentle foundation for building this connection. Here, God is known as Krishna—the Supreme Person, present everywhere and accessible through a personal relationship. The more we remember Him, the more alive the connection becomes. Practices such as japa meditation, devotional service, and study help sustain it.
When Bhagavan is present in our lives, we feel supported, the heart opens, and gratitude flows naturally 🌸
