Juntos Ibiza

Organic is the baseline. Regenerative is what we build from it.

All 50 hectares of Juntos land are certified organic, and so is the fresh produce we grow here.

But for us, organic certification is only part of the story. We farm as one connected system, building healthy soil, working with biodiversity, integrating animals and crops, and thinking about what the land needs not just this season, but for years to come.

That means looking beyond what we put into the soil, to what we can build within it. Beyond managing pests, to creating the conditions for beneficial insects and wildlife to thrive. Beyond growing food, to caring for the system that makes growing food possible.

Organic gives us a framework. Regenerative farming asks us to go further. That’s what means to us.

We’re excited to introduce BioUP, an Erasmus+ project we’re taking part in alongside La bricula odv, Vidzeme, Sugo Design, ADC Moura, and Herdade da Contenda.

Across four European regions, we are building a digital database of local flora and fauna, creating a way for all of us to learn about biodiversity, and to get involved in looking after it.
