✅If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment,please give us 48h notice.If this not done on time, you will loose your pre-paid deposit.
✅Full payment is required for no-show or missed appointment.Clients who provide less than 24h notice are welcome to send someone to use their place instead.
✅Late arrivals-please keep in mind that arriving late for a treatment may result in us reducing treatment time with full charge applied.
✅Please note all of the deposits are not refundable, however if any cancelation is made or needs to be rescheduled,we are able to transfer the deposit to the new booking,please provide a minimum of 48h notice before your scheduled treatment.
