THE QUEEN OF FALL RECIPES 🎃
And no, I’m not talking about myself - I mean pumpkin, of course 😅
It’s such a unique ingredient: simple and accessible, yet with a delicate, refined flavor and beautifully creamy texture.
With pumpkin, you can let your imagination run wild:
• comforting, warming soups • roasted pumpkin with fresh herbs • pumpkin pie with vanilla • pumpkin scones • vegetable or meat stew with pumpkin
And with every one of these dishes, you can make it your own: change the texture, add your favorite spice, or come up with a completely unexpected combination 🤌🏻
I love ingredients that become a blank canvas for creativity. And that’s not even mentioning all the different varieties of pumpkin!
Mine is butternut squash. It’s often called “butternut” not only because of its shape 🥜, but also because of its subtle nutty flavor.
What’s your favorite pumpkin dish? 🎃❤️
THE SIMPLER, THE BETTER 🦑
Honestly, squid doesn’t need a complicated recipe. The key is not to overdo it.
Seafood is at its best when you simply let its natural flavor shine: a little citrusy freshness, good olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, and a quick trip to the grill 🤤
By the way, one of the most important things when cooking squid is timing. You either cook it very quickly over high heat or braise it slowly for a long time. Anything in between, and you risk getting that rubbery texture that makes so many people dislike squid 💡

GRILLED CEVICHE 🍢
The perfect alternative for anyone who doesn’t eat raw seafood.
I actually eat a lot of foods raw, including certain types of seafood. I’m also a huge fan of tartare - which still sparks plenty of debate in my comments 😅
This recipe is a great way to enjoy ceviche if you’re not quite ready to eat raw seafood. I love both this version and the classic one. And by the way, ceviche originally comes from Peru 🇵🇪
One thing I’ll always say: it’s all about the details - the spices, seasonings, one unexpected key ingredient, or the way several flavors and textures come together.
So learn to notice the little things! 🤌🏻
By the way, do you love seafood? 🦐❤️
TOMATO JELLY 👀🍅
I love finding unexpected ways to use the simplest ingredients! Take this dish, for example - it’s made with ordinary tomatoes, but it looks anything but ordinary.
This recipe is my answer to everyone who thinks I cook dishes that are too complicated or expensive. You don’t need rare or fancy ingredients here. All you need is a willingness to try something new - and to surprise yourself in the process!

BEEF BOURGUIGNON 🍲🍷
We recently returned from our trip to Burgundy, and I couldn’t resist recreating the most famous and traditional dish of this region.
Burgundy cuisine is all about rich, comforting dishes where every ingredient gets time to develop its full flavor. This beef was slowly cooked for more than 6 hours 🙈
If I had to choose one fragrance to represent a country or a region, Burgundy would be Rosso: deep, rich, and full of fruity, berry notes with, of course, the aroma of grapes 🍇
One of my favorites - order it via the link in my bio ❤️
Have you ever tried Beef Bourguignon? 👇🏻
THE SCENT OF AUTUMN IS ALREADY IN THE AIR 🍂
Of course, I mean autumn! I hope you haven’t fallen into the seasonal blues just yet, because I actually love this time of year.
First of all, for brands and entrepreneurs, autumn marks the beginning of the busiest season - basically, business is back in full swing. Everyone comes back from vacations, holidays, and trips and gets back to work 😁
I work all year round, so at least I don’t feel quite as sad about summer ending 😂
And then there’s all the cozy stuff I love: blankets, hot drinks, baked goods, and everything that creates that special autumn atmosphere. Although in Spain it’s still around +25°C in autumn… but what matters is how you feel inside 🤫
I decided to kick off this autumn season with pumpkin 🎃
I love its flavor, texture, and aroma - it gives dishes that perfect softness, richness, and creaminess.
How do you feel about autumn? 🍂
THE SECRET IS IN THE ENDING 🍋
At least, it is for me 😂
By now, you probably know: when lasagna ingredients show up at the beginning of my video, there’s no guarantee that lasagna is what you’ll see at the end.
I love experimenting with food, coming up with unexpected combinations, and turning familiar dishes into something completely different. Sometimes even I’m surprised by the result 😁
Do you usually watch my recipes all the way to the end to see what I’m actually making? ❤️
FISH CANDIES 🍬🐟
I cooked turbot - a delicate flatfish - made a flavorful filling, and wrapped it all in soft, elastic dough, similar to mochi. Basically, it’s a simple idea for steamed dumplings, but I turned them into… little candies 🍬
Fun, unexpected, and definitely eye-catching 🙂↕️
The best part? This presentation is easy to recreate at home. No fancy molds or professional skills needed - just a little imagination when working with the dough ❤️
The closer we get to fall, the more I crave baked goods… but I’m trying to resist 😂
Instead, I’m getting my fix from scented candles - Salted Caramel is my absolute favorite. You have to try it; it smells incredibly delicious 🤤
Would you make these fish candies at home? 👇🏻

BLOGGING TAUGHT ME HOW TO SPEAK 🎙️
Surprised that I’ve suddenly started talking to you in my posts? 😅
I know many of you have known me purely through visuals for years and probably didn’t even know what language I speak - or whether I speak at all 😮
Now we’re actively developing our vlog format on YouTube - longer, beautiful, conversational videos with much more life, travel, emotions, and simply… more of me.
And I really love that this format lets us feel a little closer. For me, it’s become another exciting hobby that I genuinely enjoy 🤍
At the end of this week, a new long-form vlog is coming out - the first part of our trip around Norway 🇳🇴
Head over to YouTube and subscribe to the channel! You can already watch our videos from the company trip and Las Fallas, Valencia’s biggest festival.

I WOULD NEVER EAT THAT 😤
Well… you’re missing out!
You’ve probably noticed that in my recipes, I often feature unusual ingredients, unexpected combinations, and products that instantly catch your attention. Like these celeriac “steaks” 🤤
I also have plenty of recipes made with the simplest ingredients, but there’s always a little something extra — spices, an unexpected combination, or a special cooking technique.
I really want you to be open to trying new things — not just when it comes to food, but in life too. Sometimes you just have to give something a try, and suddenly the ordinary and predictable doesn’t seem so interesting anymore.
By the way, have you ever tried celeriac? What do you think? 👇🏻
