The kit offers two practice instruments with different applications; The Curve Clinicae Template and the Straight Clinicae Template.
CURVED CLINICAE TEMPLATE
-The two arms extreme
This template allows the easy placement of 2 implants adjacent to a tooth. It is used in this cases :
Case A.-Implants with 7 mm. separation: Two bicuspids (two central superior incisors, canine and bicuspid)
Case B .- Implants with 9 mm. separation :One premolar and a molar, two molars
-The three arms extreme

A 54 yo woman with esthetic and function collapse. The multidisciplinar treatment included several CTG on upper left incisor after xtraction, ortho, perio.
Another CTG was done on upper left bicuspid zone to enhance width and coronally advanced flap on left cuspid.
Prosthetically driven implants and Zirconia fixed bridge.
A full year round treatment case.
