Sometimes, Re-building yourself doesn’t start in the mind!

It starts in the body...

In the tension you feel in your chest,
In the heaviness in your stomach,
In the emotions you keep pushing away...
In the moments when your body expands… or contracts.

The body can become a MAP back to yourself!

By learning to FEEL your tensions, emotions, breath and sensations without immediately judging them,

you can slowly begin to understand what is truly yours, what belongs to old conditioning, and what no longer represents you.

Rebuilding your IDENTITY is not always about becoming someone new...

Sometimes it is about listening deeply enough to recognize who you already are!

Maybe we don’t need to fill every empty space.
Maybe we just need to stay there long enough to feel what is trying to emerge.

The void is not empty...

It is where the body starts to speak

What happens when the mind tries to live without the body?

It becomes heavy, it judges, anticipates, controls, and creates an idea of how life should go before we have even felt what is really happening.

But what if clarity begins when the mind rests again on something real?

A breath, a tension, a posture, a sensation.

The body becomes a reference point, and from there, thought can become clearer, softer, more human.

I wrote a new article on Substack about this!

We have forgotten rhythm...

This is something I have been discovering slowly, through my own path and through the work I do with the body.

Many times we suffer not only because something is wrong, but because we are living at a rhythm that is no longer natural.
We live at the accelerated rhythm of the mind, always rushing, anticipating, controlling, trying to understand everything before we have even felt it.

But the body has another rhythm!

A slower rhythm, a more natural rhythm, a rhythm made of tension, sensation, breath, emotion, and feeling.

The body does not move according to pressure, it does not open because we force it, it does not change because we demand it.
The body changes when we begin to listen.

And maybe this is what we need to remember: that slowing down is not a failure, it is a way of returning to something more real.
When we feel the body, we come back into contact with what is actually happening inside us, the tensions we carry, the emotions we have not listened to, the sensations that were waiting for space.

From there, another rhythm becomes possible.
Not the rhythm of urgency, performance, or control, but the natural rhythm of the body.
A rhythm that is quieter, deeper, and more true.

I wrote a new article on Substack about this: how slowing down and feeling the body can bring us back to a more human way of living...

What if tension, anxiety, fear, or emptiness were not problems, but ways back to yourself?

What if bringing presence to those feelings, instead of fearing them, could open new paths within you...?

I wrote an article about this...
Read it and explore for yourself.
