I was traveling in Thailand this spring, and found a very wonderful new technique there, that I find very powerful and beautiful. Chi Nei Tsang is an abdominal detox for both the physical body and your inner organs, but also for your emotional side, since we hold so many emotions in our stomach area.

Since it is such a sensitive and often a bit sore area, I am very honored every time someone trusts me with healing their Tantien, their power center, their abdomen. I have been very moved and touched by this technique, how different people react to it in their own personal way, and learn to connect to their inner organs and abdomen in a whole new way.

I am very inspired and happy to bring this ancient technique with me to Finland.
